26 October: Marat Akhmedjanov’s visit to Almaty

Marat Akhmedjanov, Vice-Chairman of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London) paid a visit to Almaty, the southern capital of Kazakhstan.
The Guild’s informal meeting took place in the cosy atmosphere of Traveler’s Coffee at 244a Nazarbayev Avenue.

🌟What happened:

Both active Guild members and newcomers gathered.

Marat Akhmedjanov shared the Guild’s plans for 2025.

Guild Guardian Saltanat Khamzeyeva and Voices of Friends winner Shaizada Baikenova shared their impressions.

Lazzat Samrat was ceremonially presented with the ‘Thread’ 8 collection.

Meeting at the International University of Engineering and Technology.

Meeting with academician Orazaly Sabden.

Celebration of the 100th anniversary of the famous Kazakh writer Abdizhamil Nurpeisov.

Meeting with the Russian writer and editor-in-chief of the publishing house “Art Literature” George Pryakhin.

Meeting with Raushan Burkitbaeva-Nukenova, winner of the Jonathan Fryer Medal.

Meeting with Professor Nurlan Maratovich Nurumov, founder and director of the Institute of Gerontology.

🎨Visit to the exhibition:
Marat Akhmedjanov also visited the exhibition of Guild member Karina Indigo at the art space “House on Baribaeva 36”.

🦁 Special moment:
Marat Akhmedjanov’s presentation at the Lions Club of Almaty, where the club’s Lions and Lionesses and Guild members from Kazakhstan gathered. Lions Club Almaty is an association of Almaty activists open to members from around the world.
